BAD experience

I ordered furniture during the decorex 2017 exhibition, thinking that exhibitors at that event are reliable and reputable. What a mistake! They failed to disclose the terms and conditions at the time of my order but was quick to take my money. When pressurised, after ± 5 months and many lies and undertakings which were not met, they delivered the wrong order, poor quality, damaged chairs to me. With much effort, I cancelled the order and reserved my rights, but they retained a % of the money paid, without any such agreement. My experience is that they are unreliable and unable to deliver and know nothing about customer service. I recommend that you STAY AWAY and avoid them. Surprisingly, they are on the decorex 2018 exhibitor list!
