BAD SERVICE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY STUFF AFTER PAID

PLEASE think twice before buying something from custom beds direct *** *** we gave them chairs to re-do in April and he took a hole month before giving us options on material after that we had to wait to find out on our choice if he had enough material last month we paid him IN FULL and he kept saying he is on it the week before last he come back with a story material in short and i had to make a new choice that i did. last week we were supposing to receive our chairs and what happened no response no answer on calls msg nothing. when my hubby got hold of him today, he claimed that BIG paying clients comes 1st. is this the service you what after waiting so long paid and then no rpl.
