Not Happy with Product and No response!

I have requested a response from Cushe South Africa after being told by Cushe in the US i need to speak with them I have a complaint about a virtually new pari of sandals i bought in December 2015, and no one is getting back to me!!<br> <br> this is supposed to be a premium brand and the sandals were expensive, as a customer I expect a response and find this shocking!
