Waste of money. Bad quality and service.
Very very very BAD aftersales and quality. Buttons and badges falling off after 1st wash. Seams pulling apart. Pockets coming loose. Waste of money. Their customer service is so bad. We tried to be polite but when we made them aware of the defective goods, they got very rude and sarcastic. Full of nonsense excuse. Please be warned and don't waste your money here. Rather take the time to look at all the reviews online and go shop somewhere else.

22 Sept 2022, 09:14Hi there , We are sorry that you feel this way . Our policy unfortunately states items have to be unwashed ,unworn , undamaged and also has to be done within 7 days which in this case does not fall under the policy , We tried to help going out of our way to have the pants tailored at our expense which no other retail store would do , Apologies for the inconvenience . Enjoy the rest of your day .

29 Sept 2022, 07:59Your "policy" is in direct violation of the consumer act which states 6 months. You are also forcing people to "send items for repair" which is *******. It is the customers right to choose a refund or a new item.
Furthermore, your "unwash and unworn" statement doesn't even make sense to a person with a little bit of common sense, because personally, I prefer to be hygienic and wash new clothing before I wear it. I don't know how you expect customers to return items unworn amd unwashed. All the items had issues after only one wash and being worn once. Perhaps get your facts straight before trying to run a business. Definitely the worst customer service ever. Even worse than dealing with a municipality or eskom or home affairs, and that says a lot😉

29 Sept 2022, 08:49Apologies that you feel that way we will take it up with the retail board as that is the standard policy for retail and clothing stores . No client has been forced to send items for repairs , We offer it as a extra at our own expense . Enjoy the rest of your day

So, you are clearly in the wrong here and we can demand a refund.
I don't want a refund or even have the items repaired, because perhaps you need the money more than what I do, but in principle, this is wrong and I will make sure to share this with other potential victims.
