Bad customer service

I ordered two pairs of jeans from Curvify jeans. At first they were very fast and professional. The jeans arrived a day later. I was very impressed. But then I saw that the one Jean's stitching at the back came loose. I emailed them, explaining to them about the jean. After they were sarcastic, had numerous spelling mistakes in their emails and told me that my jean had been worn, damaged and washed, they replaced it. I also had to pay the courier to send it back, yet I found it damaged. Today I received my new pair, unfortunately the new pair's stitches is also coming loose at the exact same place. Not once did someone say sorry that I am struggling with their product. I am very unsatisfied with this product and would not recommend them to anyone.
