Struggle to Cancel membership

Good day! From the 4th of January 2019 i’m struggling to cancel my membership with Curves. They promises they will check my file and phone me back. They never phone me back and I’m unable to visit the branch due to relocation. Is there any other way I can cancel my membership. When i app**** for my membership I notice people complaining how they struggle to cancel membership and that would rather advise people to stay away from Curves. I wish I did follow the information I read about the services your received from Curves members previously, but I decide to ignore that feedback and today I wish I listen to each person who struggle with the same problem. Hopefully someone with Customer Service experience will be able to can assist.
