Released me form my contract

I signed up in September 2016 for a year. Since September 2017 I've been battling to be released from my contract, today yet again the deduction went off. I've left my details on the website even on the voicemail of the meadowridge branch where I use to go to, yet no response. My schedule changed and I'm unable to use the facility
