Refund

<p>I have cancelled my contract with curves, they have confirmed the cancellation and told me that the debit order is stopped. To my surprise have the debit order run the following month. I have contact them and they appologies for that and that they will refund my money. It is now six weeks later and they still did not refund me. I have made several queries about that and they just keep on promising that they will give my request through to the owner.</p> <p>I am not sure how long it takes to refund someone's money but I am sure it is not six months.</p>
