Pathetic Client Service

I joined Curves in November 2014 and received very poor service! Each instructor gave me different information with regards to my monthly installments. R800 odd a month for a circuit exercise of half an hour a day! and all it includes is a meal plan!. I then down graded and the deduction was R359 per month and I did not go to the gym anymore, but still paid my account. Now my account is paid in full since December and suddenly I get a call from lawyers that I am almost R2000 in arrears!! Come On. Wake up!
