No refund since December!

I cancelled my Curves Olympus membership and all deductions should have stopped end December 2015. Unfortunately for me, deductions has continued and I am not getting hold of the franchisee for a refund. Even their head office said they would contact me, but weeks on, NOTHING!<br> <br> Bad client service. Curves has left a bad taste in my mouth.<br> <br>
