No refund after 2 months (wrong billing) waiting

Since November 2015 I am trying to get feedback from Curves in Secunda, they billed me for November 2015 even though my contract has expired in October 2015. I went several times to them trying to get feedback and to get my refund. Every time they are full of excuses. Then it is the financial lady's fault, then it is the internet. I've made many trips to the shop and tried to follow-up via email and telephone, without success.<br> <br> Companies like these are quick to take your money but when they have to refund you, they are full of excuses.<br> <br> What must I do to get my refund that THEY owe me.
