Membership cancellation

I went to join the gym on ********** 9,I paid the amount of R999 as admin fee and monthly fee.I realise that the gym does not have the equipment I was looking for,on 2802 I phoned to cancel membership spoke to Hestie Cilliers who said I should come to gy for cancellation and refund ,on the ********** 9 I went for calculation, Estie asked me to write a letter and add the bankìng details for refund od which I did.ihave been phoning Estie for the refund without success. On 14 03 I phoned Estie who told me that she has been sending email to the manager and doing follow up without success she send me email fo Hettie .I send email to Hettie till today I didnt get the response.Nobody is communicating with ,I'm the only one who is calling curves.lwould like Curves ro refund ne It is already 3weeks that I have been struggling to get my money back.
