Disgusting treatment

<p>The owner of Curves Tzaneen has sold her bussiness and the gym is moving in 1-2 weeks time. The first time the members were notified...last night! A lot of us use that gym for its location and gym with friends who will now no longer be able to get to the new gym. When asked if we can cancel our contracts without getting penalised or cancel and get a refund if we have paid in advance for the year, the new owner had the audacity to say I shouldnt complain as the new gym is closer to my house! Absolutely disgusting service from an owner who is never at the gym and doesnt care at all how this is affecting the members. Perhaps when Curves gives out a franchise they should actually bother to audit and visit the gym and make sure the owners are actually communicating with the members. I will never be recommending this gym to anyone and this experience has put me off of the whole franchise.</p>
