Curves gym *****

I canceled my membership to curves Pierre van ryneveld gym on the 5th of February. They subsequently took a debit order on the 3rd of March saying it was due to a 20 days notice clause. Fine I let it go. Now they are still continuing to debit my account and say its an error and their finance guys don't know how to pay me back my R429. I have tried countless times to contact them with no help. The Curves africa head office says there's nothing they can do sorry they can't involve themselves. So now everyone is quite with my money. How this business is run is proper shocking!!!
