worst customer service , no communication s****s what so ever, I Was Not informed about my contract ending, they kept debiting my account, I had multiple calls from them regarding attendance, never once did any of the staff inform me of my contract ending, once I decided to cancel my contract with them, they started throwing all their protocol issues with me, still wanting to debit my account for the next month as well...really disappointing for such a huge brand, very unprofessional.
