Curves breache of contract

Me and my friend signed a 24 month contract with a special offer. Before the 24 months has expired they increased the fees without any notification. I have directed my query to Curves Africa (headoffice) and was just told that the particular branch can assist me and with that particular problem, although the feedback received from that branch stated that they were forced by their headoffice to increase the fees. No other feedback has been received as yet, this is now the 3rd time that the increased amount was deducted from my account.
