Cancelled membership but still debit my account

<p>I had a bad experience with Curves Pretoria East. I cancelled my 12 months membership with them but they still debiting my account. I send them a lot of emails but they do not respond. I want them to reverse x2 unauthorized debits amounts and cancell the membership as I requested .
