cancelation fee

I was a member at curves for 2 years was happy until recently in feb 2015. Around feb one of their stuff members said there was a complain that we talk in between the sessions which is not so true only thing we did was to scream when enjoying the music or something... End of feb my contract was experiering didnt wanna renew it, they begged me. I renewed it then and they said they dont have a 2 year contract anymore so I signed up for a 1 year which supposed to deduct R299 which they never changed and I was still paying R 269. Last wednessday I get to the gym in the afternoon I was told I'm not allowed to my own thing I must do their classes, not allowed to get there scan my membership card then go jog come because its not part of curves.. I told them what they are doing is not challenging for me and they know my fitness level. Then I told them I want cancel they said I must pay R1210,50 since my contract is not experiered. And still give them a month's notice. Why must I pay for their service failure &amp
