Poor quality and poor service

Don't order anything form there online store. I ordered a jacket which was R2800 which you would expect to be of good quality. When it arrived and I took it out the box I noted it was damaged already. I notified curve gear customer care to which they rep**** they would replace it. Its been a month and a half now and they haven't delivered a new one or come to collect the damaged one and ignore my Emails.
