Avoid This Business – *****ed Studs, Flat Foam, and No Accountability

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Curstains to Fit. Their workmanship was poor, and their service was unprofessional. I entrusted them with recovering my dining chairs using high-quality, expensive leather, but the results were far from acceptable. The studs were placed *****edly, and the foam was noticeably flatter, diminishing both comfort and appearance.

What were once robust, locally foamed hospitality chairs now look like flat-foamed Chinese chairs with genuine leather on them. When I raised these concerns, I was dismissed and told the foam didn’t need replacing—despite my experience in the industry proving otherwise. Rather than addressing the issues, they refused to correct their mistakes and instead suggested I take my chairs elsewhere.

Do not use them. Their lack of accountability, attention to detail, and disregard for customer satisfaction make them a company I cannot recommend. If you value quality and professionalism, look elsewhere.
