Unprofessional and unreliable
I recently had a bad experience with this business. Upon their insistence to come on site so they can advise accordingly, we proceeded to schedule a day and time. The day and time arrive, no show. I contact the office and am told of the team's whereabouts and given a contact of the person I am to contact (as to how that should be my responsibility). I manage to get a hold of this person and he tells me the earliest they can make is the following day. We lock a time (in provided a 2 hour window during which he and his team could come). The day came and went - no show, no call, no text. Forget about an apology for the inconvenience caused and complete lack of professionalism.
