Shocking workmanship and no quality control

Sadly paid the above in full as requested to do to recover my lounge suite, I don't know how it was allowed to leave the workshop it was the most shocking job I have ever seen in my life so it was sent back. I am now waiting for the re-delivery which gets pushed out from one day to the next. I cannot get hold of the owner and my calls are not being returned. I now don't have a lounge suite and am R 12000.00 poorer. I would never recommend this company I don't believe they are upholsterers at all. <br> I would love to sort this our with them if I could get the owner to phone me.
