Worst Service Ever!

<p>I needed new curtains as I moved into a new house. I needed three pairs of curtains made. I hade the owner Wajid come and measure. My first encounter with him was most pleasant and he went around the house taking measurements. It all went down hill from that. When the curtains arrived they were all wrong and far too long. They took the curtains back to fix. I HAD TO PHONE continually to find out where the curtains were. Never got courtesy calls to update me. Eventaully I had to get hold of the actual hanging man and arrange directly with him. On the second hanging encounter the one pair of curtains were made so that they didnt even close. There was about a metre and a half gap in the curtains. The tie curtains in my bedroom were alo hung so badly and half were knotted and half were tied and they were draping on the floor. When I had asked them to fix the curtains they didnt have the ladder (?) so they ended up having to use my ladder and balancing on the very top of it. This was when I lost my patience. They left my house for the second time without the job done. Once again I had to get hold of them and organize the hanging time and date. The one pair of curtains were then hung. They were so scew at the bottom I could not bear it. I had to drive 40 minutes to get there to sort it out. Wajid did not even have the manners to come and speak to me (has in the meanwhile not been answering my calls and my messages). Finally my one pair of curtains arrived days later and were hung for the fourth times. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY my mother had the same awful experience with them! And never once an apology.</p>
