Terrible service

First they change me R1000 more then quoted <br> They required me to buy 8m of material that only 2m was used to cover a portion of 2 chairs <br> They took 8 weeks instead of 3 <br> They send me a broken chair as new <br> They recovered my settee completely different to the original<br> They did not make up new inner cushions for the back of the cushions as agreed <br> <br> The only option i have is a legal route <br> This will not be the end of the matter
