No delivery of order after several promises

I paid in full on 24th April for replacing the roller blind strings with a mechanism on 2 small blinds made by the same shop. I was promised 2 weeks lead time. First they had not ordered the mechanism until I sent an sms asking then made 2 appointment and promising to do this small job first. Now they have just told me they have gone somewhere else. 5 weeks have passed since I paid them in full!
