they ***** your money with false promises

I signed a contract which was not at all what the sales person came to explain. He told me it was guarenteed that i get my money back after 6 months if im not happy with the program. Now i got another letter saying i owe them another R12 500. Selling me a pilot program and promising me R5000 to begin to trade with. Never in my whole life was i ******* so badly. They speak so fast and try and bully you to sign the same time they see you instead of allowing you to read the 5 pages that you have to sign. When i phone them they say they will get back to me but never hear from them. Please help. Should i pay the other R12500 like they say or should i let it go to court?
