I paid for a package. I was not satisfied cause it would not benefit me. I Still owed the company around R6000 and even though I stopped my membership etc.... I still had to pay the outstanding money. I agreed to do so in instalments of R500 per month. This all happened around January 2014. In June 2014 I emailed Melissa van den Berg (HR & Legal Manager, The Collections- & Legal Department [Email Removed] to ask her what is the outstanding amount I still owed them. She forwarded a statement showing the every month R500 I paid and that there is still R3400 outstanding. I Kept on paying my R500. It was suppose to by paid up by Dec 2014. In January 2015 their debit again. I Phoned to stop the debit order as I owed them nothing more. I Received another statement which only showed my R500 monthly payment since June 2014 and now I was still outstanding with R3500. I emailed Melissa and told her that this is wrong and she only rep**** saying this is the latest statement she has. I emailed her to ask about the previous 6months payment and why it is not on the statement. I never received a reply. I phoned a few times and she is never available to speak to. Never returns my calls
