Misleading sales

The consultant Stefan comes to you with smooth talking and sells a roduct to you . He doesnt mention the total cost off the product only talk about the monthly costs and then when you signed you get the suprice of the big amount that is taken off your credit card into limits you didnt know was possible. If you try to contact him again he is nowhere to be found. I returned the product to them unopened but they refuse to take it back . And threaten to put me on itc. I told him over and over again i am not going to pay anything and he reasured me i have nothing to loose and that they even give R5000 to begin with
