Misleading, Lieing sales person, No refunds...

Same as in all the other reports against this company. Got visited by a misleading a very misleading sales person Riaan vd Linde. Selling the companies services, talking about monthly costs and a 6 month refundable trial period, then a huge sum of money is withdrawn from credit card, I cancel the perches within the few hour after visited by Riaan, Anja from their customer services and Lachine vd Merwe head of their legal department both assured me on recorded phones calls that the funds will be paid back into my account... this has not yet happened and I keep getting excuses and no response these people are ********* and dishonest.
