My wallet got burnt...

I want all my money back!!!

I paid R269 for two meals, plus side orders and got taken for a ride!

I ordered a Lamb Bunny Chow. It had absolutely NO sauce in it, the bread was hard and no vegetables at all. It mostly consisted of bones and hard bread. And i was charged R93 for that! I was very hungry (seeing that i spent most of the day, at the doctors offices, with my injured right hand) and haven't anything else prepared to eat, so i ate all of it.

Then i asked what else they have? She said the Samosas. Potato, Beef and Chicken. I ordered 2 each.

I asked if they have any Garlic Roti (which i really wanted)...she said no.

I then said, "ok, please give me a Chicken Curry, aswell". She asked what size and i asked, for her to show me what the sizes are. She then showed me 2 silver containers of different sizes, stating that the big one, comes with 2 pieces of Chicken and the small one, only Chicken breast. I selected the small one.

I waited about 20 minutes for my food, which was a very good amount of time, for the size of my order.

Once my order was done, she called me to the till and said that she, is going to give me x2 Corn & Cheese Samosas, free of charge. I thought that was nice.

It was very cold and i was hungry. I left. Drove home. Unpacked my groceries and got my Indian dinner prepared to eat.

And that is where i noticed, that the lady that assisted me, didn't give me my Chicken Curry meal. In the small bag, given to me, was only my Lamb Bunny Chow and 4 small baggies, of different Samosas.

That's probably why she offered me the free Corn & Cheese Samosas, in order to distract me, from not first checking my order, before i leave.

Check your CCTV cameras and you will see the size of the small bag (and to check everything else I've stated here) i left with and then know, what was inside. Knowing that no way, could the Chicken Curry meal, also be included in that small bag.

FYI: They have no bell or any other way to notify staff, that you have arrived at the front desk. You have to shout like a hooligan, to get their attention, because they are going on in the back, like they are at a Stork party!

In the time that i was waiting there for my food, two seperate customers came in and probably wanted to order food, but was so put off by the noise and no one to greet them at the front desk, that they just left.

Maybe the owner is making more than enough money and don't need his staff to be professional or even need more business from potential customers.

I want my money back!!!
