Really unintelligent strategy - no consideration for customer

From previously enjoying the service, the business has forced me to abandon my patronage. There is no number to call for help, there is an online chat tool that noone has responded on or called me from. The only way you can order is through Uber Eats or Mr Delivery. Why should I pay for delivery or use a third party service when I can just order and collect as I live very close by. Anyone would be stupid to support a business that clearly does not have foresight or consider all customers, as long as the cost is passed on to us. I will not order again and will advise anyone I can of the same.
