Poor Service, Dishonesty & No Accountability at Curry and All

This was my first time ordering from Curry and All, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. I called at 12:45 and was told to collect my order at 13:15. I arrived exactly at that time, only to find my order hadn’t even been started, while other customers were helped before me with no update or acknowledgment.

When I asked at 13:30, I was told it was “beyond their control” because the person preparing the food was coming from elsewhere. Instead of an apology, I received excuses and attitude. I was even told I was “exaggerating,” yet I only received my order around 13:45, a full 30 minutes after the promised time.

The lack of accountability and basic customer service was shocking. My first time supporting them and definitely my last.
