Wrongfully accused of owing the school

I keep receiving calls and smses that I owe fees from last year at Curro seregetti.

Please note the fees were paid via a debit order system and I have transferred my child to another curro, which In fact, you can't be accepted if you still owe the previous school fees.

Secondly, i spoke to curro seregetti at the end of November notifying them that my child will not be returning ing to the school this year.

I was then requested to send my reasons, which I did and my debit order was canceled, January 2019 I paid the new school their fees, the fees were about R5400 pm but I'm told that I owe over R7000, that's serengetti.

I am at my wits end, I have been speaking to the people that keep calling me and explaining the same thing repeatedly with no joy WHATSOEVER.

I will escalate this if not fixed. I am really not happy with your service.

Your school CEO will get an email from me and the department of education.
