Wrong credit listing

Curro have wrongfully listed my wife on credit bureau (judgement) for an account that is settled but listed on someone's account. They refused to provide a letter stating their error and that they will resolve the issue. my wife's school account is PIT002 they used account number PIT003 to list her which is someone's responsibility. The consultants are rude and do not want to us to discuss with the manager. They refuse to advise timelines of resolving the issue.
