Worst Enrollment/registration process ever in the history of Schools

I had the Same terrible experience with Lebogang (Marketer) Cosmo City Meridian, she is Xenophobic and as unreliable as they come at one stage she even cut the phone in my ear l had to phone the head office just so she can return my calls. I went there to register my step son who's mother is from Malawi after a week of being ignored l had to call the headoffice for her to finally call me to come to the school only for her to tell me that the Malawi Home Affairs had discontinued my step son's passport even though the passport expires in 2022 and that Curro does not deal with such passports that have been discontinued in Malawi (which was a lie). South African Home Affairs denied that to be true, Malawian Embassy also denied it as well. So I'm not sure where this school (Meridian Cosmo City) got it from. She also said that a Mr Ngunda (her sectional head) is the one that told her.
