Very bad service, attitude and delaying a child unnecessarily.

Curro Academy has a very bad service when it comes to assisting with the transfer. My niece has not been able to attend to another curro due to curro pretoria not assisting with the transfer. We have been phoning them more than 100 times and they take us from one place to the other. They will even give you a number to call and no one ever answers the number. My niece has been home ever since schools re-opened and they are busy taking us up and down. We have phoned head office and they also fail to understand why they not helping. Head office has sent us proof that child can be transfered from.pretoria to soshanguve but still the school doesn't want to do a transfer. We have spoken to the principal of curro the child is supposed to be and he has been pleasing with them as well cos the child can't be in class without a transfer. Curro pretoria is the worst in administration.
