SHOCKING APPLICATION

I'm frustrated by this school. I've made a group 5 online application for my son 2 week ago. I called after few days to check if my application was received, it was indeed received but group 5 class was full, I was told they will open another class should there be enough applications. i called again yesterday and I was told there was going to be another class for group 5, but they can't find my application, surprisingly.

How is this possible? An application that was received 2 weeks ago can't be found anymore? How? Roxanne who looks after online application does not pick up her phone, does not reply to emails either. Is Roxanne setting space aside for her friends?

This isn't a good start to my relationship with the school, at all.
