Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional curro executive

What a disgusting, unprofessional behavior from curro Protea Glen executive Mr Johannes Mahlatsi, I paid school fees for the whole year and still got debited, when I called in the receptionist told me the accounts lady named Bongi is off and I asked for my matter to be escalated since I needed a refund asap, the person who called to insult me was the executive of the school who screamed at me, saying the same thing that the accounts lady is off, when I told him I don't appreciate his tone he asked what do I want him to do, I'm disrespectful, I have attitude for wanting my money? Of course I got upset I've been trying to resolve the matter patiently from 8am until he called me after 3pm, when I asked what does he mean there's no one else who can help? What if that lady doesn't come to work for 3 days? What about the inconvenience of things I had planned with that money? When I spoke he was speaking over me and not allowing me to finish my sentences. He told me I can escalate the matter and dropped the phone on me. Mr Mahlatsi has not patience, communication skills, compassion for clients, very rude and unprofessional to be put up there to deal with people. He's dragging curro in the mud that's why protea glen curro is always on the news for bad things, not so long ago a teacher got suspended for ******, its not a surprise since his leader had no morals himself.
