Refusal to refund enrollment equals ******ion!!!

Not refunding enrollment fees when our children have not set foot at Curro is ******ion. Enrollment fees are usually for the use CURRO facilities. But otherwise if we withdraw from Curro before the terms started, we are entitled to our refund. Curro provided no service to us to withhold that money. I have often had that Curro has a bad reputation but I did not know I would get to experience. In these economic times no one has R10k to give to Curro for doing nothing!!!!
