Refund Process....such a DRAG!!!!

This school is very quick to debit order an account but when a refund is required due to an erroneous double debit order, I still haven't received anything after 3 weeks. Yes, they made a mistake on double debiting and I did tell them they can refund me instead of stopping the debit order and reprocessing but I didn't think would take 3 weeks. Curro needs to get their act and accounts in order. This is not the first time that a debit order was "erroneously" done on my account. It went off last year December as well. I strongly recommend never to let them double debit your account. Rather deposit any fees. The double debit was due to their incompetence of not debiting in the first place but they forgot to amend the debit amount in the following month thus resulting in a higher amount being debited twice in a row.
