REFUND HORROR

My daughter's been at Curro Academy Protea Glen since it's inception and initially the administration was top notch,despite a few teething obstacles hereand there. Last year my daughter was bul****, her school shoes broken and all the school did was hold a meeting with us making empty promises. Just this month I overpaid and requested a refund, I am being told my refund cannot be processed until I submit a bank statement reflecting the debit order (all the while, the amount is reflecting on the school's account). Truly over this school. They're tarnishing the Curro name by failing to manage the Soweto school well.
