Poor child care at Curro Thatchfield Castle

I am very disappointed and frustrated with Curro Thatchfield Castle. I don't think there's care for children, it's all about money. I am tired of complaining as there's no improvement. I still send my child there because it's convenient in terms of distance from my house, but from my experience there's little care about our children. I have a 4 year old, today she came back with a big bug sting, and the explanation given is that she was stung when she was asleep. This incident is for the 3rd time in a space of 5 months.

Kids are forever dirty, sandy as if they literally swim on the sand the whole day. I also complained on many occasions last year about this. Pants getting torn every week. I have a set of 17 pants, torn new and could not get proper explanation throughout last year. I decided to say no more.

Everytime I get told that the Head will intervene, but I don't see much improvement. The list is just endless.

It is very concerning that we leave our kids in unsafe hands. it just doesn't give me peace. they can do better.
