Pathetic service

Curro Holdings has listed my name incorrectly. For years I have been declined when applying for credit but never really followed up . Recently app**** for bond and it appeared that I got listed in 2018 by them . When I left the school my account was up to date and I had to investigate only to find out that they listed an incorrect account. My score is extremely low due to the judgement that was against my name for years and yet they’re refusing to send a letter admitting their error. Instead they’ve just removed the judgement on credit bureaus which is not helpful at this stage. I have sent numerous emails to no avail. You practically have to beg the finance department for assistance. I lost a house due to waiting weeks on end and still my issue is not resolved
