Pathetic , poor , an pleasant service from curro holding northern acedamy

My son was attending curro holding northern academy in 2021 and they issued us with a form in October for re registration of which I have marked that my son will not be returning to school in 2023. I was shock 5 days after school re open , I got a call that my son was absent from school of which I told the lady that my son is nolonger returning to that school. Month end January 2023 I got a bill stating that I owe them registration fee and school fees for January. I called again to let them know that I have stated on the re registration form that my son will not be returning in 2023.

On the 14 February I got an email from koegelenberg attorneys that they have been mandated to collect the money

My frustration is I went to school to for them to sow me the registration form were I have signed that my son is returning in 2023 and they said the form is not in the child file . The lady who was assisting me wrote an email that the account be deleted . I wote several email following that up and no one bother to reply

I just want to tell you that curro northern academy admin pathetic together with finance department Their services are poor , no one tell me how some one can mark my son on their system as active after all this effort

I work for sales department I know customer service of which curro holding northern academy is not offer Taking your child to them is just a financial risk
