Not very considerate

Bad experience being called for outstanding fees, I would like to make an arrangement to pay in installments but it's impossible since I've been handed to their lawyers now, the sad part is that my child loves that school, it's a pity they are not more understanding with the current Covid situation, some of us lost our jobs but I still wanted her to attend there, have to look for an online school for my child now.
