Not happy at all

Unhappy with the education system its like you do more work at home rather than at school and there is a lot of feedback gaps . The school does not meet expectations and utterly disorganized. If l could give a 0 rating , I would. The accounts department is a nightmare , they incorrectly charged me and then after close to a year it was credited but no-one will get back to me on the interest charged on the incorrect amount previously billed on me .
