Legal actions taken wrongly

i have contacted them and explained to them that i have to move my child from Building blocks in noordwyk due to the fact that i had to leave the house that i was living in immidiately , i asked them that its beyond my control and asked on what will happen to the fees and no one came back to me , several emails was sent and still no respond since 2018 january to date , to my suprise they have sent me to the attorneys for what , this is *****nse
