Incorrect Billing

Curro Aurora...<br> <br> Your accounts department is imploding, or they have attended the same primary school as our president.<br> <br> I surely hope that your accountants were not educated at this school, as they clearly have no cooking clue how to count.<br> How does the school manage to mess up by debiting me more than R1500 in excess?<br> Calling the school does not help as your accounts department are under deeper cover than Edward Snowden and not taking calls.<br> <br> I want an answer on how and when this will be resolved, a report on exactly what caused this, and measures taken to ensure it won't happen again... i.e. buy new calculators (or abaci) for your staff.<br> <br> The very fact that the school as not so much as sent an apology via email or SMS is further disconcerting and downright disgusting.<br> <br> I am waiting for your call.
