Ill treatment and possible ****** act.
Terrible experience where my kids are humiliated because of poor communication by finance department. I was behind on school fees, got a phone call that I need to make payment as they are not allowed in class. Made immediate payment and proof was sent to finance department. My daughter had to leave and was crying the whole day. Reassured her that all is sorted. This morning same thing happened regardless of proof of payment sent. Not sure weather this is ****** or what.

Question is if a proof of payment that was requested yesterday and was sent to finance department yesterday as requested and an immediate payment was done why was i not informed that I need to inform my kids to wait at home until necessary processes are done. Now they had to go through same emotional trauma again of being chased from the class. The emotional trauma from poor communication coming from finance department is what will take me months to work on my kids. I would have spoken to them yesterday and had fully understood.
