I want my refund

<p>It's been 11 working days since I've been promised head office is busy with my refund. I was informed that it will take 5-10 working days. Every time I asked and follow up it will be done today. Yet when Curro wants their school fees they will hound you like a ********, not 1 month did I not pay my full school fees. Today I was told it will be done today and still nothing. I want my money, refund me my full amount, Nicolize Joubert keeps on saying head office will do it. </p>
